At Rockin' W Hat Bar, we're committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and reliably. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and handle orders placed through Rockin-W-HatBar.com.


Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.
  • Custom or made-to-order products — including laser-engraved hats, patches, and personalized items — require additional time. Production begins after design approval, and most custom orders are completed within 7 business days from approval.
  • Any extended lead times will be communicated on the product page or at checkout.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods

  • We ship all orders via UPS.
  • Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and selected service level.
  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and destination.
  • From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. These will be clearly noted on our site.

Delivery

  • UPS delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Rockin' W Hat Bar is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

  • Once an order is scanned and accepted by UPS, risk of loss passes to the customer.
  • If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, please contact UPS directly with your tracking number to file a claim.
  • We will assist you in resolving the issue, but Rockin' W Hat Bar is not responsible for carrier errors or failures.

Custom & Made-to-Order Orders

  • All custom orders require customer approval of the design before production begins. No refunds are issued on special or custom orders once production has started.
  • Please review your design approval carefully — once confirmed, we get to work right away.

Domestic Shipping Only

  • At this time, Rockin' W Hat Bar ships within the United States only.
